Preface
The challenges of digitalization, diversity and sustainability impose themselves on the contemporary reality in all dimensions of human activity. The organizational fabric must place these challenges at the top of the agenda and for the management and development of Human Resources to assume these axes as the centre of its strategy and the basis of its operations.
The XI CiIIRH intended to foster the reunion of the academic and professional community of Human Resources in the traditional context of this conference – at the Polytechnic of Porto, bringing to the technical-scientific reflection these three unavoidable dimensions of the current focus of people management. Professionals and academics shared their knowledge in the field of digitalization, diversity and inclusion and sustainability in HR through the presentation of research, studies or good practices, now translated into extended abstracts in the proceedings of this conference.
