Each edition of this publication corresponds with the international Conference on Research and Intervention in Human Resources. Therefore, submissions will only be considered during the conference paper reception periods.

Guidelines for paper submissions
All participants will be able to submit papers for presentation in the various thematic areas of the conference and in different formats:
- Scientific communication
- Case study;
- Practical demonstration;
- Panel discussion;
- Interactive workshop;
- Innovation environment;
- Pitch your book;
-Other.
Proposals should be between 500 and 700 words long and include 3 to 5 keywords.
They can be written in Portuguese/Spanish or English, according to the template defined.
Proposals will be subject to a review process by the Scientific and Professional Committee of the Conference, according to the following evaluation criteria:
1) Framework and objectives
2) Method*
3) Results and Conclusions*
4) Description of the proposal**
5) Text Structure and Coherence

Originality and Copyright
ORIGINALITY AND COPYRIGHT OF PAPERS SUBMITTED TO THE XIII INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON RESEARCH AND INTERVENTION IN HUMAN RESOURCES
We assume that the submitted article/abstract is original and that it has never been published or presented previously at another event.
Registration in the IIRH Conference implies the acceptance of the transfer of the copyright of the works sent to the Conference Organising Committee, which now holds the exclusive right to publish, in the forms it deems appropriate, the content of the article/abstract accepted after the review process. Articles/abstracts that are not accepted will be returned to the authors without being disclosed.
After the publication of the articles by the Organising Committee, the archiving of the article in the institutional repository, in the published format, as well as its dissemination, is authorised, as long as the registration contains a link to the editor's page.
