Active Methodologies (AM) are specialized educational approaches that promote engagement, experiential learning, problem-solving, collaboration, critical thinking, and autonomy in participants. This strategy can promote numerous incursions into educational practice, including teacher training. Still in this context, the main objective of this research is to identify the results of a teacher training program developed through Active Methodologies. To this end, a semi-structured form was used via Google Forms, which received responses from 21 participants in a teacher training project. The research was based on a qualitative approach as a descriptive analysis technique. The main results found were acquisition of knowledge in constructive strategies such as Design Thinking and Challenge Based Learning in hybrid learning environments; development of the role of multiplier teacher; use of Artificial Intelligence and the expansion of the recognition of educational culture, moving away from the technical paradigm; and the development of projects with diverse approaches. As a result, the importance of the master's degree in teacher training was demonstrated at three levels: personal, professional, and institutional.
