Abstract

Translation of legal work, including legal advising, institutional brochures or explanatory documents becomes crucial when we are acting in the international area and aim to bring information as precise as possible to interlocutors of different nationalities. Knowing the original language in which particular document is drawn up, as well as analyzing and understanding in detail what is in the mind of the person who prepares it, is crucial. Considering a prior negotiation, the preparation of documents, or even in intermediate stages of clarification of certain concepts, the team work lawyer/ translator gets a significant relevance in the area of international legal advice.
