Abstract

The territory of Northern Portugal with a great natural diversity constitutes an area of great cultural diversity. As a result of the evolution of time, the North region has differentiated itself with territorial marks of great relevance, with contemporary art and architecture museums assuming an essential role as witnesses of these territories of creativity.

A number of museum institutions were disseminated throughout the region, whose networking and articulation is essential in order to enhance and reinforce their promotion and the development of projects with economies of scale that allow for a greater reach of the public.
