In this paper we present an exploratory study, of a qualitative nature, on the effects of the pandemic COVID19 in the teaching and learning processes, at Escola Superior de Educação do Politécnico do Porto. We tried to understand the students' perceptions about teaching and learning processes in first quarter 2020/2021, mainly characterized by EaD. Surveys were delivered on to representatives of the undergraduate, master's and CTeSP courses. The results point out to the students' satisfaction in relation to the methodologies and strategies adopted by the institution and also in relation to their involvement in the search for solutions to the problems that arise.
