This paper will report the in progress experience of the project “iSkills – Fostering Innovation Skills as Key Competences for improving Employability of PhDs in SMEs”, which intends to develop an e-assessment methodology (immersive game) that can be implemented at formal, non formal and informal learning contexts, contributing to the development of innovation skills of PhD students and doctoral holders. Through an initial diagnostic analysis to define a framework with the most relevant i-skills for innovation and the collection of best practices in the development of i-skills using e-assessment methodologies in Universities, an e-assessment methodology and a toolkit for i-Skills facilitators will be developed and applied.
The application of the immersive game will promote employability opportunities for PhD students and doctoral holders in SMEs and contribute to the effective implementation, transference and management of innovation processes in these organizations.Published
