School is a privileged context for the first manifestation of disruptive and antisocial behavior, but also for its control and prevention. Based on the perspective of teaching professionals, our aim is to analyze and compare students' antisocial behavior and the disciplinary measures adopted in Educational Territories of Priority Intervention (TEIP schools) and non-TEIP schools. To this end, a total of 134 school teaching professionals, aged between 33 and 64, mostly female, took part in this study. Absenteeism, incivility and other antisocial behavior appeared to be more prevalent in TEIP schools. In addition, teaching professionals working in TEIP schools rated disciplinary measures less favorably than those working in non-TEIP schools. The greater involvement of parents in the teaching-learning process was identified as a determining factor in controlling and managing these student conduct problems. The preventive implications of the study in terms of educational and social policies will be analyzed and debated.
