Organizations are work environments in which well-being care, not only
physical but also psychological, must be a priority, particularly due to the current world
changes. Therefore, this paper intends to be a reflection upon the concept of well-being.
Specifically, it aims to highlight what well-being in organizations means and how
cultural diversity can be an added bonus not only to promote well-being but also to
promote creativity, innovation, and productivity. Thus, cultural diversity in working
organizations is a reflection of a changing world and labor market and can bring
advantages, such as higher levels of creativity and innovation, higher ability in problem-
solving skills, adaptation to change, and higher organizational flexibility, since
individual diversity can contribute to collective benefits.
