Abstract

In the procedure of writing the article, we present the lines we follow for the production of the same. From this work, we analyze the impact of using multiple choice assessments in general secondary education and other educational institutions in Mozambique. A policy designed with the idea of improving the quality of teaching, reducing subjectivity in classifying students' responses, facilitating the introduction of electronic and centralized correction, fighting corruption, obtaining a database of results that allow feedback to the national education system (Mabote, 2013). We consider it pertinent to analyze the impact of this type of assessment on student learning, in an era when the concern to improve the quality of teaching grows as society evolves, as there is a need to adjust education to the new demands of society.
