Emotional Intelligence – Challenges for the Education Promotion of the Human Well-Being

The way followed in the education sector having in attention the human well-being, based on the research carried out by the author of the Programa MQAprender aser Feliz® and the consequent Projeto CIEE-Clube de Inteligência Emocional na Escola®, received in a school space whose Management and Administration got involved as well as a group of teachers who assume the Pedagogical Counseling of the Facilitators – professionals with training in emotional intelligence, welcomed by the School Group, as well as a Scientific Team, having the responsibility of improving a dynamic of praxis/theory, leading to research and to a good performance of the facilitators. As if within the scope of the various functions that the project requires, the Portuguese Association of Emotional Intelligence presents its areas of action.
