This article presents a critical reflection on the relationship between digital addiction and youth behaviour. Drawing on empirical studies, it examines the impact of problematic digital technology use on time management, sleep, attention, emotional regulation, and social interactions. Although these technologies offer important benefits, the literature suggests that certain patterns of use may negatively affect young people's well-being and development. The findings highlight the need to promote digital literacy, self-regulation, and strategies that encourage a more conscious and balanced use of digital technologies.
