Abstract

This article explores how communication helps leaders motivate and align their teams. When a leader communicates effectively, clearly, and consistently, everyone is able to work better and move in the same direction. This study also shows that when a leader is transparent about the goals to be achieved and capable of providing continuous feedback, employees feel confident and valued. Organizations are constantly changing and continue to face challenges, with communication being crucial in this context, but to avoid misunderstandings, empathy and clarity are also important aspects to mention. Through critical analysis, the article argues that strategically used communication is the main pillar for successful leadership and for strengthening organizational culture.
