The importance of internal communication for team motivation and morale in event production

This article explores the importance of internal communication in terms of motivation and morale of event production teams. Effective communication can have a huge impact on the output of work and well-being of teams, which can have a direct bearing on the success of every event. Throughout this study, the best practices of internal communication will be assessed, establishing the benefits of good and effective communication and the effects of communication breakdown, which affect team morale and thus the quality of work. The article also explores the opportunities and risks to this topic and proposes solutions that can be implemented in event companies for improving internal communication. By means of a critical approach and industry examples, this research offers an overall picture of the problems and best practices from the perspective of internal communication in event production organizations.
