Communication is a vital tool for teams and goes far beyond the simple transmission of information. Words motivate, having the power to incite and completely change the business dynamic. Leaders who can use positive tools such as providing feedback to their employees to reaffirm self-confidence in their skills and roles, and to highlight their achievements, tend to have a more motivated team with higher morale. By using strategies such as positive language, mindful listening, and continuous feedback, the impact of communication is significantly enhanced. Well-organized meetings are another way to ensure that all members can voice their opinions and that decisions are effectively conveyed. This article analyzes various approaches to the importance of communication in teams, drawing on scientific journals and academic studies.
