Social networks are increasingly important in strategic brand communication, as platforms for sharing experiences, they have become key to increasing sales of fashion and cosmetics products and publicizing new brands on the market. They are becoming increasingly important in building brands regardless of their size, since consumers are looking for an emotional relationship with the brand through the way it communicates digitally. They allow brands to communicate directly with their target audience in an immediate and efficient way, offer publicity and visibility which allows them to reach a wide and diverse audience, the possibility of promoting products, announcing news and creating curiosity around new launches. This article explores how brands connect with their target audience, build relationships and strengthen their identities through social networks.
