Abstract
Currently, the job market is becoming increasingly competitive, and the needs and behaviors of potential candidates are constantly changing. Work-life balance is now an increasingly relevant issue in talent acquisition and retention. We need to pay attention to the importance of well-being at work. Building a strong, authentic, and transparent brand can help highlight the company as a reference employer in the market. This article also references steps to build a successful employer branding and some examples of companies that have approached the topic in various ways.
