Abstract

Thanks to technological advancements, the amount of information available to consumers has multiplied, consequently expanding their alternatives and affecting the way they make decisions and choices. As a result, there has been a pressing need to further improve communication between companies and consumers. In this context, Copywriting and UX Writing have emerged as valuable allies for companies, offering strategic approaches to create an enhanced user experience and strengthen customer relationships. This article discusses written communication strategies to attract consumer attention, provide a positive experience, and foster customer loyalty.
