The current situation of consumer behavior in the online world is increasingly controlled by social networks and in order to meet the trend that is being felt, companies must take a position in this environment. With this article I intend to demonstrate how marketing in social networks is relevant in the business world and what are the practical benefits of its implementation in the company's strategy.
