Abstract
We live defying times, we tend to walk towards a path of diversity and inclusion where personal identity must be respected and where flexibility and transversality tend to be a reality, and organizations are not an exception.
In this article, I approach how organizational communication can be the tool that is missing for success, by approaching the general timeline of evolution of organizational communication, its three paradigms, and its impact on internal stakeholders. It is notorious that the adoption of transversal communication and an evident definition of organizational culture contribute positively to the proactivity and productivity of an organization.
