After experiencing a pandemic, the professional reality of many companies and consequently many employees changed completely. New behaviors and professional habits were introduced, which led to an increase in the quality of life of workers, such as the approximation of families. In the post-pandemic, employees need companies to meet their needs to be motivated and committed to business objectives. It is therefore essential that Human Resources take into account these new needs and that measures be taken in order to motivate the new generations of the current labor market.
