Abstract

Although the research points to the need of considering multiple criteria group effectiveness, task performance is the most often used, presented as a construct with an important instrumental value. The present study aims to analyze the psychometric properties of the EADG – II (Portuguese acronym for Grupal Performance Evaluation Scale).
