The problem that motivates this master's research proposal is to answer the following question: how do people deprived of their liberty in the prison system in the state of Bahia access educational information? Its aim is therefore to assess how people deprived of their liberty in the Bahia state prison system access educational information aimed at the resocialization process. A preliminary, descriptive, qualitative bibliographic study was carried out on the Brapci platform. The results present initial investigations that justify the contributions of this research. The partial considerations suggest further studies on access to information for individuals deprived of their liberty.
