The study examined current techniques and stylistic trends in children’s literature illustration. It analyzed contemporary approaches, combining innovative and traditional methods, digital technologies, and interactive elements to uncover key stylistic features. The research explored storylines, artistic images, and themes tailored for modern audiences, emphasizing how these techniques influence children’s perception of artistic works. The findings highlight the role of illustrations in fostering aesthetic taste, cognitive skills, and emotional intelligence. They underscore the impact of the interaction between text and images on children’s emotional and cognitive development. Contemporary illustrators employ a mix of traditional and innovative methods to create expressive, vivid, and detailed visuals that engage young readers. Digital technologies and interactive elements enhance illustrations, making them captivating and imaginative. These approaches support creativity, promote positive attitudes toward reading, and make books visually appealing and meaningful. The research underscores the importance of using current artistic approaches to create visually appealing and meaningful children’s books.
