This article describes two mural paintings, in the French city of Lyon. These murals were assigned by the City Hall to the company "CitéCreation". "Le Mur des Canuts" (Wall of the

Silk Workers) and "la Fresque des Lyonnais" (Famous Lyonnais’ Wall) introduce the history of the region of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes to local residents and international visitors.
