In the current world we live moments of constant changes, which make us discredit the true values of life. Solidarity, volunteering, respect for human rights, the ability to look at each other, as we do, all these are values that make us better citizens, more just and better able to make society a more harmonious place for to live. Through the production of reports and passages of experiences, over the years, on which the research focused, the author traces a social, cultural and political panorama of the PALOP situation and the importance and impact that the missions of the NGO AMI - Assistance International Physicians had in the countries in which they were present.
