This article intends to explore the role of the Portuguese association Cena Lusófona in the promotion of Lusophony and of interculturality among the peoples and the theatre agents of the Portuguese-speaking countries for more than twenty years. In this way, the article argues about the way training in theatre promotes the theatrical exchange, culminating in the production of theatre plays or of theatre festivals that, intheir hand, are a new theatrical language and originate a neoculture. As the major
exponent of the intercultural experience and of exchange of knowledges and cultures, PStage is presented, whose last production, As Orações de Mansata by Abdulai Sila, hasthe characteristics that enable its classification as Lusophone theatre.
