This document outlines a qualitative study conducted in 2025 based on 24 interviews evaluating alumni-university relations at SWPS University. The presentation examines "university capital"—what graduates value most (such as academic quality and degree reputation)—and contrasts it with a prominent "relationship gap," where communication effectively ceases or becomes too passive after graduation. The findings indicate that while alumni highly respect their studies, they experience a sharp drop-off in career support, practical workshops, and market-entry resources once they finish. To address this, the study recommends a strategy that moves away from heavy structures and instead introduces practical collaboration formats based on partnership, continuous knowledge sharing (like webinars), professional networking, and targeted career development.
