Deinfluencing: a viragem que está a redefinir a confiança nas marcas

O deinfluencing surgiu como uma resposta crítica à saturação do marketing de influência e à crescente desconfiança dos consumidores perante os conteúdos patrocinados. Esta tendência, desenvolvida sobretudo nas plataformas de vídeos curtos, desafia a lógica tradicional da influência digital ao incentivar as escolhas de consumo mais conscientes, críticas e informadas. Este artigo explora o fenómeno enquanto uma mudança estrutural no ecossistema comunicacional, explorando as suas causas, manifestações e implicações para as marcas. Através de uma reflexão crítica, aborda-se como a procura por autenticidade, a pressão económica e a fadiga digital estão a reconfigurar a relação entre os consumidores, as empresas e os influencers. Diz-se que o deinfluencing não é apenas uma moda transitória, mas sim um indicador de transformação profunda na confiança e nas expectativas dos públicos, exigindo novas estratégias de comunicação baseadas em transparência, responsabilidade e no valor real.
