Abstract

In an organizational context, where daily life is marked by interaction and cooperation among individuals, it is important to analyze how leaders can influence human relations, motivation, and employee well-being. To this end, these three central dimensions are addressed, drawing on various theoretical contributions, namely motivation theories and the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R)  model. The aim is thus to understand how the role of leadership influences employees’ behavior and perceptions within the organizational environment. The results show that the quality of communication employed by the leader plays a fundamental role in increasing motivation, promoting well-being, and developing healthy interpersonal relationships.
