In this article I intend to explore and analyse the impact that music can have in the business context, whether it´s by improving the work environment, team productivity or the effect of music on individual well-being. Both quantitative and qualitative methods were used in order to obtain the most diverse answers. A form created on Google Forms was released counting with the participation of x people. The research was also carried out through an interview with Ana Esperança, President of the Portuguese Music Therapy Association and the analysis of various articles on the subject.
