Comunicar o turismo em Portugal pós-pandemia

This article explores the complexity of communicating tourism in Portugal after the pandemic, considering the significant impacts of the health crisis on the sector. An analysis is made of the communication of tourism entities in Portugal in the pre-pandemic and post-pandemic period, outlining how the arrival of COVID-19 has forced hotel chains to adjust communication strategies in order to regain the trust of tourists, taking into account the ever-changing existing restrictions and changes in consumer behavior. The main objective of this article is to offer useful guidelines enabling professionals to face emerging challenges in the post-pandemic era.
