Abstract

Women's football has been the scene of many conversations. On one hand there is talk of growth and affirmation, on the other there is talk of obstacles and impediments. But one thing is unanimous: something is happening to women's football. More is being said, more is being seen and more is being heard. So, what's behind it? This article explores communication strategies in Women's Football in Portugal and reflects on their relevance (or not) to the growth of the modality. Because if yet another article comes out about Women's Football, it's also another contribution to the modality. And once again we talk, we see, and we hear. And this is Communication.
