The Importance of Mental Health for Young University Students

The aim of the article is to explore the importance of mental health for young university students, highlighting the specific challenges they face at this stage of life and the impact this can have on their well-being and academic performance. It aims to address issues such as academic pressure, stress, anxiety, depression, loneliness, inclusion, and the resources available to deal with these issues, both inside and outside the university environment. In addition, the role of educational institutions and society in general in promoting the mental health of university students will be discussed.
