Abstract

The rise of cancel culture in the digital era reflects significant changes in the way social interactions take place, especially on social media. This article discusses different perspectives on this phenomenon and its impact on organizations. By analyzing the implications of this practice for companies, the urgency of developing effective crisis management and reputation-building strategies is highlighted. It also emphasizes the urgent need to balance individual responsibility with freedom of expression, as well as fostering open dialogue, to face the challenges of the digital age and contribute to promoting the creation of a fairer and more equal society.
