Abstract
The reason behind the creation of this article is that companies are currently facing big challenges when it comes to consolidating their relationship with their target audience due to the saturation of traditional marketing channels. Metaverse can offer innovative opportunities when it comes to engaging in a more immersive and interactive way. However, there is still little information on the use of Metaverse as a marketing channel, its organizational and social implications. Thus, this research seeks to fill this gap, offering an in-depth analysis of its potential and implications. The result of this paper can help companies improve their perception of using this ecosystem to connect with their consumers.
