Digital transformation is one of the main trends in modern companies, which has been impacting all aspects of the business, from the way it communicates with customers to the way employees work. However, many organizations face significant challenges in implementing this transformation, which includes lack of leadership and clear direction. Following this brief introduction, this article explores the relationship between leadership and digital transformation, as well as the way that companies can develop leaders capable of guiding their organizations towards a successful digital transformation.
