Radical changes in society and the proliferation of the internet have transformed the profile of organizations and their relationships with consumers, leading to the need to develop more audacious and innovative marketing strategies. The advantages of Web Marketing include reach, agility, cost, and interactivity, allowing for personalized communication and constant learning from customers. Loyalty programs such as one-to-one, viral, and permission marketing are often used. Companies use all the information they obtain to maintain constant interaction with customers and ensure their loyalty and preference.
