The role of communication and technologies in creating successful events

Abstract

Currently, there have been social transformations that are connected to the
technological transformations that society harmonizes with in order to develop
and maintain itself. The present work aims to identify an analysis of the role of
communication and new technologies in the creation of successful events,
offering an engaging vision regarding the combination of communication and
technologies and that these can provide a unique and attractive experience for
the public, as well as increasing event participation and reach. However, it is
important that organizers know how to use these tools in a strategic and planned
way, so that the event's objectives are achieved, and the public's experience is
positive.
