Abstract

This article explores the opportunities, risks, and challenges of using generative artificial intelligence tools, specifically ChatGPT, for business communication. A literature review is conducted, citing various authors from current international scientific journals, with the aim of obtaining relevant and up-to-date research. This article presents a comprehensive analysis of the technology behind ChatGPT and seeks to understand the influence of this artificial intelligence tool in the era of digital transformation and its use in the business environment, while also considering the risks and opportunities that ChatGPT poses for consumers. Ways to overcome the challenges presented are explored to improve the effectiveness of ChatGPT in the long-term future. Finally, a brief opinionated reflection is presented on the challenges of ChatGPT in business communication and its future in society and businesses.
