Internal Communication: A successful tool in organizations

With the advance of new technologies, the labor market has undergone changes over the years. Competitiveness and immediacy are examples of these changes. Organizations have thus been forced to change, investing in quality and innovation, in their organizational processes. This paper aims to highlight the importance of internal communication. The method used was the study and analysis of texts and materials from some authors who contribute to the importance of the subject. As a result of this analysis, it can be stated that the use of internal communication is important, it is a tool that directly influences the improvement of the organizational environment, motivation and valuing of professionals. It is concluded that these factors generate greater involvement and productivity on the part of professionals, improving the companies' results.
