It has become usual to talk about Generation Z when it comes to digital, as this generation thinks differently about the job market than the previous ones. These have grown along with the popularization of the internet and they interact with the world by integrating all forms of available digital technologies such as smartphones, video games and fast computers. They presente themselves, in addition to being very digital, practical, realistic and fans of accessibility. It is the generation of online, memes and entrepreneurship.
