Abstract

As the COVID-19 pandemic begins to reach its end, we can finally begin to calmly and thoroughly examine the impact it brought on the corporate fabric, the economy and everyone these encompass. In this article, the focus will be the changes demanded by the pandemic when it comes to work methods and practices, the advantages and disadvantages of working from home, as well as its impact on the motivation and happiness of a company´s workers over the last two years and how permanent these changes will become.
