Abstract

In recent times, the world has witnessed a strong technological and digital advance that, together with pandemic circumstances, have driven society to embrace new practices and new formats in digital, among them the use of metaverse. Throughout this article, an analysis is presented, based on various sources, on the metaverse and its impact on the positioning of brands with the public. Strengthening the relationship between brand and consumer is one of the main impacts that the brand may enjoy by entering the metaverse. What will be the others?
