Entrepreneurship in Millennials

Entrepreneurship is recognized as the process of taking the initiative to create and implement new businesses and is usually associated with innovation and a certain amount of risk that is taken. Lately, it has ben a powerful tool for job creation and economic growth, which also provides an improvement in competitiveness. The Y Generation, or more popularly known as Millennials, is considered to have the greatest ability in this area. A generation with a strong personality and ideas, which brings with it a different and bold vision of the business world. In this article, the goal is to better understand which generation is this and the characteristics associated with it, as well as to explore a little about the concept of entrepreneurship itself. From here, we can draw conclusions about why this generation is considered the most entrepreneurial, the factors that lead them to create their own business and the consequent advantages that this can bring.
