Abstract

The topics of diversity and inclusion play an essential role in the functioning of organizations as a whole. In this article, in addition to addressing the meaning of these two themes, I analyze their importance, their social and professional impact, the need for an Inclusion Manager, the urgency of having an inclusive language, and the participation of the UN in this issue. There were several topics addressed for two themes so necessary to create healthy and fair environments in institutions.
