Nowadays, social media assume an increasingly crucial and indispensable role in our lives. We tend to be connected 24/7 and the ease they give us is undeniable. Likewise, when we talk about online businesses, it is equally unthinkable not to question the role that social networks play for them. Are these the new marketing tool for companies? In this article, I present a reflection on the growing role of social networks as a promoter of companies, offering a thoughtful and grounded view on the topic.
