Abstract

During March of 2020, we were forced to modify our lives in diverse ways. The COVID-19 pandemic was followed by health and safety measures that led all organizations and businesses to respect the measures established by the Ministry of Health. Such measures prevented employees to travel to their workplaces, which consequently led to a change and everyone adopting remote work. The majority had never experienced this form of work before, hence numerous businesses were compelled to create internal adjustments to fit in the new work model. In this article, I present an analysis of the reality that occurred in many businesses and the benefits and limitations that arise from remote work.
