Abstract

Currently, given the digital transformation we have been witnessing, we are led to wonder whether we, as professionals, should be worried or grateful to have at our fingertips tools that provide new strategies and an evolution never seen before. The new skills and the generation of future professions, coming from digital, is the current reality, and it is imperative to be prepared and updated to follow this trend. Thus, this article presents a summarized analysis of my perspective on this topic, focusing on characteristics and aspects resulting from this transformation that indicate a state full of change and innovation.
