In recent years, we have seen a great change in society regarding equality, diversity and inclusion. Advertising is no exception, more and more brands are striving to show their customers and potential customers that they stand for these same values. However, the question remains: do brands really support equality, diversity and inclusion or is it all a simulation to try to show that they care about these issues in their advertising campaigns?
In this article, these issues are analyzed and some suggestions are made as to what an organization can follow in order to be truly inclusive, diverse and egalitarian.
